ABOUT ME


Let me share a quick story with you.


Growing up, I was the skinny kid who got bullied — not just physically, but with constant jokes about my body.


People would call me "flat-chested," "walking stick," and mock me for trying to puff out my chest just to look bigger.


Every day, I walked out of my house hoping it would be the day the jokes would stop... but they didn’t.


Instead of letting it break me, I decided to do something about it.


I picked up some weights and started training — not just for looks, but for

respect


Even when I started making progress, the teasing didn’t stop.


But neither did I.


I stayed up late watching YouTube videos of Greg Plitt (may he rest in peace) — soaking up every piece of advice, every workout tip.


I remember nights where I’d stay up until 3AM studying how to build muscle, even though I had school at 7AM.


I wanted it badly — and I did whatever it took to grow.


Fast forward years later — I built the body I once dreamed of.


But the truth is, I’m still chasing more — not just in fitness, but in every area of life.

MY TURNING POINT

In 2020, everything hit me at once.


I gained a lot of weight — I ballooned up to 230 lbs, and I was told I was pre-diabetic.


Stress was at an all-time high.


I had just launched a business I thought would change my life — but it failed.


I scrambled to find a job, finally landed one in construction, only to get fired without even being told directly.


All I got was,

“I’ll let you know if there’s more work.”


That was his way of saying,

“You're done.”

I was crushed.


I was desperate for stability, so I took whatever I could — Instacart and Grubhub deliveries.


I hustled hard, paid my bills — until one customer said they never received their order, and just like that, my account was closed.


No second chance.


No hearing my side of the story.

"The customer is always right"

cost me everything I was barely hanging onto.


The stress was unbearable.


Food became my escape.


I was chasing dopamine hits with every meal.


Working out?


Forget it.


My only focus was survival — getting a job, somehow, some way.


Thankfully, a good friend stepped in and got me a job with Amazon.


But by 2022, the damage was done.


At a doctor’s appointment, I heard the words no one wants to hear:

"You're pre-diabetic. If you don’t change, it's only going to get worse."

I knew diabetes ran in my family — and I refused to follow that same path.


But man... the reality of where I was hit hard:


My belly was huge, my energy was drained, and my confidence was shattered. My sexual drive was almost gone. I hid in baggy, dark clothes trying to look slimmer. I avoided mirrors because I hated what I saw. I even started sitting down to pee because I couldn’t aim properly anymore. I would shower with the lights off just so I wouldn’t have to look at myself.


I was tired of it.


I made a decision:

Lock in. Train. Stick to the plan. No excuses.

In less than a year, I lost

60 pounds


I completely transformed — not just my body, but my entire life.


Today, I’m in the best shape of my life — and I'm just getting started.


Now, my mission is to help men do the same:


Get lean.


Get strong.


Build real, unshakable confidence.


Have the energy to dominate their day.


Move with strength, power, and pride.


Earn respect — and live a life they’re proud of.


This is my story.


And it’s just the beginning.
